Police have just confirmed that a house in Annalong was searched last night, under the Terrorism Act, as part on an ongoing cross-border operation.
Officers from the PSNI’s Serious Crime Branch discovered ‘suspicious’ objects inside the property, with four suspect devices also located outside.
Residents, who were evacuated from their properties during the security operation, have since been allowed to return to their homes. Police have urged anyone with information to call them on 101.
