A LOCAL campaign group has given its backing to legal action against the Department of Heath’s ‘failure to hold a public meeting’ on its proposed hospital network reconfiguration in Newry.
Earlier this month the SOS Daisy Hill Committee made the call for such a meeting to be held in the city, given that the only public consultation event scheduled for the Southern Trust area will be held in Armagh on 18 February.
