KILKEEL’S Kilmorey Arms Hotel, which lists Sir Winston Churchill and former US President Dwight D. Eisenhower amongst its former guests, is up for sale.
The hotel, which began trading in 1843, was placed on the market just last week. The 24-bedroom listed property sits on a prominent position on the corners of the town’s Knockchree Avenue and Greencastle Street.
Osborne King is handling the sale of this the well-known business. It has been placed on the market as a going concern, due to the owner Sam Hamilton’s plans to retire.
Mr Hamilton was involved in purchasing the business back in June 2015.
