TRIBUTES have been paid to well-known Spa man and former local councillor and Assembly member, Mr William Brown, who passed away last Friday.
Mr Brown was a former Down District Council chairman who represented both the Newcastle and Ballynahinch areas.
He was also a member of the NI Assembly, from 1982 until its dissolution four years later.
